This website is operated by 1599677 B.C. LTD., doing business as Lucid Sprint (“Lucid Sprint”, “we”, “us”). We are based in British Columbia, Canada, and we work with listed mining and resource companies on the TSX, TSXV, CSE, and exchanges worldwide.
This policy covers lucidsprint.com. It does not cover the work we do under a signed engagement, which is governed by that agreement and by whatever confidentiality terms it carries.
The form on our contact page asks for your name and a reply-to email, and optionally your company, ticker, what you are looking for, your timeline, and a description of where the story is losing people. Along with what you type, our server records your IP address and browser user agent.
We store your email address, the page you subscribed from, and your IP address.
If you have accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics records usage information: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. If you have not, none of that is collected. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a font or script provider either way.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.
Under Canadian privacy law we rely on your consent. Sending a brief or subscribing is a clear, positive act, and we treat it as consent for the purposes described above. You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements, by writing to [email protected].
Analytics are handled separately, and on an opt-in basis: we set no analytics cookie until you accept one, and the COOKIES link at the foot of every page lets you withdraw that consent yourself without writing to anyone. See Cookies and similar technology.
Every issue of The Letter carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect without you having to ask us for anything.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure how the site is used. These are analytics cookies. They are not used for advertising and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
We ask first. On your first visit a notice appears asking whether we may set analytics cookies. Until you accept, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookie is set. If you decline, or if you simply ignore the notice, no request is made to Google at all. Declining does not affect anything on this site working.
You can change your mind at any time. The COOKIES link at the foot of every page reopens the notice, and choosing to decline there also clears any analytics cookies an earlier acceptance had set. We record your answer for twelve months and then ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline and do not ask.
Your answer itself is kept in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, so that we can honour it without tracking you to do so. The site also stores a single flag in session storage, recording whether the logo animation has already played in this tab. Neither holds personal information, and the session flag disappears when you close the tab.

Our servers and our email delivery are in the United States. Personal information you send us is stored and processed there, and Google may process analytics data in the United States and elsewhere.
You should know what that implies: while your information is in another country it is subject to that country’s laws, and it may be accessible to that country’s courts and government authorities under those laws. If you would rather not have your information handled that way, email or telephone us instead of using the forms.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days, which is the period Canadian law allows.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Form submissions travel over HTTPS, the database is not publicly reachable, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Please do not send material non-public information, trading information, or anything else confidential through a web form. Ask us for a proper channel and we will set one up.
This site is aimed at people running or advising public companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and move the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
